Having spent 4 days in Silicon Valley, I think I get to understand the effect of SV a bit.. There is perhaps something in the air of this place which gets the entrepreneurial spirit of people out. The way people interact with each other is so diiferent than that in Singapore.. Within the past 4 days, I have co-founded 3 companies on paper with some of the iLEADers already.. And this is how we all are thinking.. A simple problem, or even a so-to-call stupid incident presents itself in the form of an entrepreneurial idea..

I think it is also the effect of interacting with all the cool people we are meeting here, as well as the iLEADers.. The way we think together as a group has, in a way, impressed me to a great extent.. Sitting with them, I can see each one of them manifest the qualities which we have always heard the SV entrepreneurs to possess.. Everyone works together as a team without trying to outsmart each other.. This responsibility of the group is also reflected by the fact that everyone has been punctual for going to every place.. We have been able to follow the schedule well and at times were even ahead of schedule..

Another thing which impresses me about the group is the passion and motivation which everyone possesses.. I do not know whether it is the effect of Silicon Valley or the fact that finally all of us are spending a lot of time together, whatever it is, is doing great to the group.. And I think this passion is quite evident in the way we are attending the talks and the kind of questions we ask.. I hope we continue to rock Silicon Valley in the remainder of the trip as well..
