Kiva is a good company in my opinion. They should innovate on intangible benefits (network & donations synergy, public relations just to name a few) to help drive their revenue model and create social awareness and entrepreneurship. Matt seems to lack experience in the operational characteristics of non-profit social organizations and me too ( i am kinda dumb at starting such things). How i wish someone from Singapore can link him up with the social non-profit organizations to help him improve KIVA.
More can be done if their business can be refined. At the end of the day, it is still helping the poor people to sustain a living that is important message that KIVA wishes to drive through its current core competency which is micro-financing.
