My internship at Asiatel has been a very enriching experience. I learn first hand from the management team about their experiences and how decisions are made within the company. It has offered valuable insight into how SMEs, compared to big multinational companies, utilise and leverage on their limited resources to compete on the global scale. iLEAD is definitely not the usual run of the mill internship program!
