Describe the experience: I have learnt a lot through my internship. One of the most important things which I have learnt is the importance of team in the success of any start up, where everyone can work for the good of the company rather than their own personal motives. Throughout my internship, I have been treated like a permanent employee and not an intern. I have realized the power of empowerment through this.
